Metamodel

SPEAR's metamodel has five object types, connected by four relationship types.

• Capability - what the organization can do (hierarchical)
• Process - how the organization does it (hierarchical)
• Role - who performs a process or owns a capability (hierarchical)
• Application - the business applications
• Information Object - the information that is created, read or used
